The printed books are 8.5 inches (h) x 5.5 inches (w), 4-800 pages, softcover.

Keepster Books can be as short as 4 pages or as long as 800 pages.  The app will let you know if your Keepster Book has too few pages or too many.  If you have more than 800 pages, you will need to remove some of the messages from your folder to lower the page count to less than 800.

The price of Keepster books varies based on the number of pages and the type of bookbinding.   

The price of the book increases by approximately $0.35 per page.

Books 4-31 pages with Saddle Stitch binding starting at $12.99 + shipping.

Keepster Books printing & production time is approximately 3-5 days business days.  After the books are produced, the shipping times depend on the method that you choose.  We offer 3-4 different shipping options, including overnight delivery if needed.  When choosing your shipping method, you will see the estimated shipping date and delivery date for your book.

During the holiday season please allow for slightly longer book production turnaround times.

To upload a cover picture, navigate to a Keepster of your choice and select "Create a Book". If you select ‘Text + Cover’ you can click on the cover to upload your picture.

We recommend using a square image for your book cover.  Ideally with the following specs:

• JPG, PNG or JPEG format
• less than 5 MB file size
• 600 x 600 pixels
• 300 dpi

Keepster is not able to process HEIC images.  If you are having issues adding your photo, please make sure the image you are using is the proper format. If you need further assistance, reach out to us on Chat.

You can use any image you wish on the cover of your Keepster Book.  This means you can find your favorite cover photo in your Photos for iOS, Google, Dropbox, Flickr or other online photo galleries.  You must first save the file to your computer so you can upload to Keepster Book settings. To save an image from the Internet or your photo libraries, follow these basic steps:

1. Find the picture you want for your cover.
2. Select the photo and download to your computer.
3. Then find the file drag it to the cover of your Keepster.

QUICK TIP:  Save the image you want to use for your cover on your desktop, so its easy to find.

The Keepster app makes it easy and fun to transform your messages in printed and bound full-color books.  Once you have Keepster installed, it's only a few steps to create a Keepster Book from your favorite or important messages.  

1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac to create a backup of your messages.
2. Select a messaging platform from your backup.
3. Select a conversation (name or group) to view all your messages.
4. Scroll through messages (and photos) to select specific ones or choose the select all option. You can also search for specific messages by keyword and date. 
5. Once you have selected the messages you wish to keep, click the "Create a Keepster" button and name the folder.
6. Click the "My Projects" tab.
7. Click the button "Create New Keepster Book".
8. Follow the prompts to personalize your book.

Due to the printing and shipping process, each Keepster Book order can only ship to 1 address.  Therefore, you will need to complete a separate order for each person you would like to send a Keepster Book. 

To make the process of sending to multiple addresses easier, use the “reorder” button at the end of the ordering process.  The reordering feature will add the same book to your cart and start the checkout process where you can select a different destination address. 

YES. We do our best to make sure that emojis show up properly when printed in your Keepster Books. All your messages will appear in full color in your Keepster Book, just like they do on your iPhone or Keepster folder.

However, the emojis might look a little different than they do on your iPhone.  Please check the Preview to make sure you like how it looks before ordering the book.  Only place an order for a Keepster Book with emojis if you have previewed the cover and interior pages to make sure you are OK with how everything looks.

Yes! Now in addition to your messages, you can also easily add photos and more written copy to your Keepster projects. It's as simple as clicking on the + sign when you select the Edit Messages tab. Here is a step-by-step guide on HOW TO ADD TEXT AND PHOTOS TO KEEPSTER FOLDERS.
