The price of a book is calculated according to the number of its pages as well as the type of binding that you choose. 

• Books from 4 up to 31 pages are a flat rate of $12.99, and can only have saddle stitch binding. 
• Softcover books that are 32 pages start at $15.99, and the price will increase incrementally by page count up to $250.00 for an 800-page book. 
• Hardcover books that are 32 pages start at $32.99, and the price will increase incrementally by page count up to $275.00 for an 800-page book.

In addition, it is possible to order a digital PDF version of the book for $4.99.

We are also required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to certain states, and where relevant these will be indicated at checkout.

We ship worldwide to many countries, including  Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.

We have print facilities located in Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Your order will be routed to the printer closest to the shipping destination to ensure speedy fulfillment and delivery.

We offer a choice of shipping service levels: Regular mail, Priority, Expedited and Express.  Depending on the destination address, not all options will be avaialable. The expected delivery dates and rates will be calculated & visible during checkout.  You will be able to decide the best shipping method for you prior to purchasing your Keepster Books.

Orders are processed within 1 hour of when they are placed, and production time typically usually takes 5 business days. 

However, during the pandemic and during peak promotional periods, our fulfillment timelines may be longer.  Also, our production process is highly automated, but very occasionally circumstances may arise that are beyond our control which might delay the production times.

Since our production facilities are situated in various locations around the world, they have different fulfillment schedules. So as a general rule, we recommend planning and placing your book order a good 2-3 weeks in advance, depending on the shipping level you choose.  If you need to receive the order by a certain date please be sure to let us know so that we can assist you with tracking your order.  But, there is very little we can do to alter or expedite the order of our production queue.

On the very rare occasion that a book may arrive damaged, particularly due to inclement weather., please let us know immediately, by pinging us in CHAT in the app, or on the website. In addition, we ask for you to send an email with pictures of the damaged book to support@keepster.co. 

For the most part, it will not be necessary to return the book and we will do our utmost to replace the book as soon as possible. 
 

We do everything we can to make sure you have the chance to preview every page of the book before you order because once you've ordered you can not return the book.  For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Sorry, as our system is fully automated you can not cancel or adjust your Keepster Book order once it's been placed.  Please make sure you have previewed all pages of your book, including the title, dedication, how the names appear, that all messages that you'd like to have included are there etc etc in order to be sure that your book is exactly how you'd like it to look prior to purchasing.  

Yes, we understand that sometimes there is a need to adjust the delivery address for your Keepster Book order.  We are able to submit a request for a different delivery address to our Production department if the package has not yet shipped.  To request a change of delivery address, please email support@keepter.co using the email address associated with the order.  Please be sure to specify the following:

1. order number
2. original delivery address
3. new or updated delivery address plus phone number

We typically need 1-2 days to process address changes.  Please understand, any changes that are requested within 48 hours of the estimated shipping date might not be able to be made.
